Clearwater Greenprint Open House Sept. 28

The City of Clearwater invites residents, businesses, and interested stakeholders to generate ideas and provide input on ways to increase energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gases citywide. The Clearwater Greenprint Open House will be held Tuesday, Sept. 28 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Aging Well Center at the Long Center, 1501 N. Belcher Road in Clearwater.

The event is held as part of Clearwater Greenprint, which is an initiative that focuses on improving Clearwater's sustainability and energy consumption citywide. A 21-member stakeholder steering committee has been providing input and feedback to the City's planning team. The goal is to produce a vision and sustainability action plan--similar to a blueprint--to bring together those in our community to encourage a more sustainable lifestyle.
